Abstarct: The development and expansion of information and communication technology, including computers, communication networks, etc., has caused huge changes in various fields. Today, this technology is pushing the world towards integration, and there is hardly any field of science that is safe from its influence and control. The main purpose of this research is to investigate the role of creativity management on the realization of remote work goals, taking into account the mediating role of organizational commitment. The method of the present research is practical in terms of its purpose and is correlational-descxriptive in terms of its nature. The statistical population of the present study includes all the municipal employees of the 6th region, the sample size is 153 employees who are on duty and not on duty. In this research, the standard organizational commitment questionnaire of Mauddi et al. (1979), the standard creativity questionnaire of Liao and Wu (2013) and the standard questionnaire of remote working employees of Sanei and Davari(2021) were used to collect information. The results were analyzed using pls software. The results show that creativity management has a significant effect on the realization of remote work goals, taking into account the mediating role of organizational commitment.
